Plan Eligibility Requirements:

• 21 years of age

• 12 months of service and 1,000 hours

  • or 2 consecutive 12 month periods with 500 - 1,000 hours

 

Employees will receive a welcome letter and enrollment instructions when they become eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan.  The easiest and quickest enrollment method is through our participant website, without needing to use a paper form. ​
